Café Carmel owner Sarah Cook will perform a cooking demonstration on Tuesday, July 2 at the Alisal Certified Farmers Market in Salinas. Sarah will focus on showcasing summer fruits, with her demo beginning at noon. Everyone’s Harvest strives to provide access to healthy, affordable fruits and vegetables through farmers’ markets and community food programs — ensuring a fair and sustainable food system.

The popular Summer Live Music Series at Carmel Plaza has become a late-summer tradition not to be missed. Our own Sarah Cook will once again be part of the festivities, appearing on July 12 and July 26. The series runs each Friday from 5–7 p.m., through July 26. In addition to enjoying live music, food, and wine, guests can win incredible raffle prizes from Carmel Plaza retailers. The music is free, with food and drink packages available for $25.
